In brief, Science and Scientism find everything that is non-human more fascinating that what is human, that is, fully male and female. Their discipline and practice of emotionlessness differs but in style from the vision and spirituality of the lone male Abrahamic tradition. Notably, while lacking the Rib imagery, Scientism rejects what are typically described as feminine traits. These include a focus on developing relationships, being empathetic and sympathetic, identification as a nurturer, among others.

What Earthfolk find in the Abrahamic and Scientism Big Stories is a very twisted, contorted, even tortured sense of masculinity—yet, one that has become the standard for judging what it means to be truly human, that is, "to be a man." Each Big Story's emphasis on this type of lone-male masculinity to the suppression or exclusion of feminine values and traits reveals that the Warrior Quester is bound by a self-absorbed male narcissism.

In both the Abrahamic and Scientism traditions, the male has nothing to do with the female in a spiritual or energy sense. He needs her body for making babies, but he does not need her to become whole in body, mind or heart—she is in no conceivable way his “soulmate.”

In the Abrahamic tradition, Augustine of Hippo famously stated that,

Except for the purpose of procreation,
another
man would have been a
more suitable
companion for Adam.”

Unhappily, Scientism fosters the same self-absorbed sense of male narcissism as does the Abrahamic.
