At the very start,
we mentioned that striving to awaken to your Earthfolk consciousness
and emotion often entails suffering. While we practice
“living as if I am no one’s enemy,” this approach
recognizes that you will be called enemy
by others. The dark vision of the Warrior’s
Quest is potent and powerful. (Reflect upon and feel
the emotions of these Abrahamic
male gods images.)
Expect that your effort to unleash
a vital surge of "living as if I am no one's enemy" will attract
the dark powers of the Warrior's Quest. For
millennia dreadful fear has paralyzed so many, and since the
dropping of the atomic bomb, we are all traumatically
stressed people.
You will also find yourself laughing
at yourself—
"Do I really believe that my puny
little vital zest does anything? Get real!
Vital zest, what a joke!"
Nevertheless, if you do persevere and practice daily,
in time, you will see your other self,
you will be present to your feminine and your mothering, you will become,
for the first time ever, a fully present male or a
fully present female. You will look at yourself in
a mirror and you will see and know, "Earthfolk!"
In time, you
will begin to practice this with another person
with whom you share respectful intimacy.
Within the nurturing
embrace of beloveds,
the deep sensation of being held sensually precious by
another
will heal and whole you.
If you practice “living as if I
am no one’s enemy” with a beloved within a nurturing embrace,
the time will appear right and ready
for you to explore other sensual preciousness practices—to walk
down Pathway C—Belover.
A fictional account of the Earthfolk
journey is Kill
the Dove!
Part 4, "Dreamslipping" describes two lovers
emerging into being Beloveds.
