Stewards like
Teilhard see the "phenomenon of man" as an expression
of divinity. Divinity is expressed as the world is hominized (a
Teilhardian term). As Teilhard sees science so does he see spirituality,
each as part of a push-pull relationship.
The scientist understands the Alpha Point—which pushes forward
or "evolves"—and the spiritual seeker the Omega
Point—which pulls towards and embraces in "love." Both
Points are connected by and create a Divine Milieu.
