Among scientists and Scientismists, since their “scientific
community” culture was self-regulating and there
was, in practice, no authority that could have prevented exploration
into weapons of mass destruction, there was also no authority that
could have commanded such research and experimentation.
The militarization of scientific research and
Scientism’s creative imagining came about
as a result of what was to happen at Oak Ridge
and Los Alamos. Prior to that time, scientific
research had no communal direction, no policy
formation, as it eventually had and has today as a militarized science
and Scientism vision.
To free the Abrahamics
and Scientismists from their
inhibiting moralities and
lack of authoritative leadership, the
militarized Secular state stepped in.
There were scientists who left the
Manhattan Project once they realized that it required them to assist
in the creation of weapons of mass destruction, however, almost everyone assigned
did remain.
