When you are with an Other and
you make present your own vital zest then, if the other receives your
invitation, you form a relationship which builds outward
from that of two as intimate beloveds to your presence as the Forever-Family,
and to being present with everyone as Earthfolk on
the Living Earth.
The simple image which approaches what happens at a moment of shared
Belovedness is that of two candle flames merging to
form a third flame of communion and which then “disappears” as
the two candles move apart.
At the moment of Belovedness, each feels beloved—simultaneously an individual feeling
and a communal feeling. When apart, Belovedness resides
within each as preciousness. Belovedness is evoked and made
present when two couple in a nurturing embrace.
