pulsate through the Living Earth’s mind-sphere
and set the
human heart-beating in harmony with the
cadence of a military drum roll.
A sojourning alien instantly “gets
it.” Certain humans find deep personal nourishment through
the ritual of Endless Warring.
Warring, through its own dark
powers,
heals them, makes them whole, comforts and saves their
wretched souls. It sates their genocidal lust.
The same sojourning alien is preparing
to soon leave Earth since the final apocalyptic moment is
quickly approaching. A sojourning alien can see
what Earth people in their state of
Atomic Bomb post-traumatic
stress cannot, that is,
there just are too
many nuclear bombs
in the hands of too many true Warrior’s Quest believers
for the initial ritual of the Nuclear Age
not to be reenacted
soon.
